The constraint is the plastic cases, above +85\u00baC the plastic softens and can deform, below 0\u00baC. the plastic can become brittle and crack when opened and closed.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"elem3\">3) <\/span>For Suppression components with conformal coatings:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Storage Temperature: \u00a0<\/strong>-55\u00ba to +90\u00baC<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating Temperature: <\/strong>-55\u00ba to +90\u00baC performance typically derates per the\u00a0 material specific Impedance vs. Temperature curves. For thermo-set plastic coating (green or white)\u00a0 above +105\u00baC the coating softens and can becomes tacky. For Parylene coating (transparent)\u00a0 the suggested operating temperature range is \u00a0-55\u00ba to +90\u00baC<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"elem4\">4)<\/span> For Suppression components with conductors:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Storage Temperature:<\/strong> -55\u00ba to +125\u00baC, RH &lt; 55%, suggested shelf life is one year, solderability should be evaluated for longer periods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating Temperature:<\/strong> -55\u00ba to +125\u00baC. performance typically derates per the\u00a0 material specific Impedance vs. Temperature curves. For the unisulated conductors as supplied by Fair-Rite there is no further constraint, for customer supplied conductors the operating constraint is dependent on the wire insulation temperature rating.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"elem5\">5)<\/span>\u00a0For Multi Layer Chip Beads:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Storage Temperature:<\/strong>\u00a0 -55\u00ba to +125\u00baC, RH &lt; 55%, shelf life\u00a0 is one year, solderability should be evaluated for longer periods.
